I did this, I retired at the Fort Lauderdale airport and worked in downtown Miami, but I already rented this form

If not, do not be mistaken. More is close to the Port of to go apé, if you have with bags compensates a taxi Or uber leaves about 10 dollars.

When the car is delivered, there is a service to take people to the airport  What schedule...

The gentleman at the cou ter was overly helpful. O was communicating to.him how the location at the airport has the car i wanted at a much cheaper price but i couldnt get it gere because it was too expensive... he didnt put me in the same model of the vehicle but he def.put me in the same make.ofnthe car must a morencheaper version which was.totally fine . I was very grateful he did such a thing. I was not.expecting that at all! Thanks man!

I visited this branch during the times of the covid-19. It was a very last minute booking (I reserved couple hours before my visit) and the car that I booked wasn’t disinfected yet. Since there were no cars available in my booking class, they gave me a highly upgraded premium suv which was brand new. The branch location kept being disinfected by the staff and they were taking covid very seriously. Staff was extremely friendly and understanding. I believe her name was Christina, she was from Belarus. The app and the website is so easy to use. Even though I am platinum or gold in the other car rental companies, I received better treatment in Sixt, especially in Miami downtown. Looking forward to my next rental here.

We made a reservation to rent a car this weekend, with a 6pm pick-up time. At 11am, they called us to inform us that they will actually be closing at 2pm today.We tried calling back multiple times to tell them we would pick the car up at 1:30p (just in case) but they did not answer. When we arrived to pick up the car, they had locked up shop and penciled in a “1” in front of their printer paper “closes at 2pm” sign taped to the door. There were three other people outside stuck in a similar situation (one standing just out of frame of the picture)... I am in disbelief that they would just leave people stranded like that. Awful customer service, stay away from this company.

I have rented from SIXT quite a few times now and for weeks at a time and I have to say each experience is always exceptional. Mary is an excellent agent and always makes sure I get the vehicle I would like. I appreciate the customer service at this branch so much! I will always rent from SIXT anytime I need a vehicle now!

I will be absolutely honest with the following remarks. Being the low season timing In Miami, the availability of cars with most of the major rental companies was terrible. Not only was the availability was terrible but the booking agents service levels were very poor. Most of the major rentals companies and I mean the big boys websites were terrible to navigate through. With Sixt website it was a breeze to navigate through and place a booking. The service level provided at the pick up location in downtown Miami was fantastic. From the greeting to the farewell the smile and the politeness never missed a beat. The ease of pickup and the cleanliness of the car was excellent. The attendant made you feel at ease and made sure everything was clearly understood. I was very pleased with the service and made a point of it when picking up the car. I will definitely use Sixt again, in particular the biscayne downtown location. Thanks 😊 again.

Very disappointed! First of all, I changed my rental reservations to SIXT to get a premium car that was cheaper than what I originally had reserved at the airport which made it less convenient to get the car, being that they are not located at the airport. Which was I was okay with doing, until I got there to find out they had no premium cars left (which I had reserved) and in fact stated that they only had 2 cars left that I could choose from. Now, it has become a waste of my time....Lastly, 3 weeks later they have charged my card with toll fees that costs way more than it costed me to rent the car, that they did not properly inform me about. Never again!

I’ve had a great experience. Kristina was super friendly and helpful to us, she explained us all the options for the insurance coverage and gave us the choice of the car. We drove a cute red Mini Cooper and had a great time. Easy getting a car and dropping it off. Overall wonderful experience!

Charge twice and then falsify the figures when putting a complaint through, then kill you on emails back and forward. Never using SIXT again and would only use SIXT when we come to the USofA

I used Sixt rental car and to drive to Tampa and upon getting there asked them if I needed to run and fill the tank of gas. The man who worked there assured me TWICE he would take of it and not to worry. I’d have had no issue with filling but he insisted it was ok. On my initial receipt it showed the gas as 8/8. But then 5 days later I received a charge of over $100 on my credit card. I called them and they said they would return my call and still have not. This would have cost me no more then $30 in gas I feel robbed and cheated. Please never use them.

We rented a vehicle in Orlando to visit the universities in Texas and Arkansas. We specifically told the agent of our travel plans. To our surprise, hidden as a fine print is a penalty of going beyond Alabama and Georgia. Had we known this, we should have not rented a vehicle from Sixt. They should have expressly disclosed this significant information instead of hiding it in the fine print. We don’t want same thing to happen to you so please beware.

Easily reserved my car online through Expedia. The service was prompt and the car was ready to go when I got there. The woman helping me was incredibly helpful with tips for driving in Miami. Would definitely rent a car from them again!

The woman on the sales department misinformed me that a miami beach location had vehicles available that they did not when i arrived 10 minutes later. After wasting time and money on an uber to get there i went to the downtown location. Woman behind the desk barely spoke any english. Didn't tell me i needed to bring the vehicle back with a full tank of gas. It took 10 minutes for her to explain the insurance policy situation. Was also very rude while returning the vehicle. I tried to open the door to walk into the establishment, upon seeing me she walks out the door, blocking me from entering, takes the key from me , then proceeds to walk away, not instructing me whether to follow or wait inside. When i asked what i should do she gave me an attitude and said "whatever you want" then proceeded to yell at me on a busy street corner. Will not do business here again

Ive been renting with Sixt for sometime now like about 4 years at minimum once per year and sometimes I do feel like they try to scare you into buying unnecessary coverage that you dont need. However, my last experience at the Downtown Miami Branch Krystsina made the experience comfortable and welcoming. I commend her for the great customer service she displayed and how comfortable she made me feel, also the upgrade was nice too. Kudos to her, I hope all the employees follow her style!

There is no shuttle and they won’t pick you up. I was only 2 miles away. Once i got there, they kept me waiting for at least 20-25 minutes. There was only 1 person helping meanwhile the other 2 or 3 were in the back. After I received my key and went outside, the female out was not pleasant to talk to. She was so rude. While inside the SIXT’s parking lot, i start The car and walk away about 20 feet and she started yelling “if the car get stolen it will be your responsibility”.

I requested a Mercedes-Benz GLC or Jaguar F-Pace, but I ended up with the sub-par Cadillac XT5. I bet that they don't have the vehicles that you are actually after. Also, do not ever pay additional for a GPS, because the in-built Cadillac GPS is woeful. Just use Google Maps, it is more accurate and provides better instructions (i.e. which lane you need to be in to enter or exit the highways etc). The vehicle provided was not good, and neither was the staff assisting us.

1 No shuttle service. if you need that better use other company。2 No staff take look round with you, you need do that by your self very detail and be careful . if you find damage you need back to office let staff know be fore you leave parking area. 3 when I was open the door. there is some items in the vehicle from last customer. look like they did check vehicle and didn't clean the vehicle. 4 you need check paperwork. really red all the details. that was my first time use sixt. I won't use that anymore.

I used to rent a lot from Sixt and had a good experience until now. This Downtown branch is a disgrace. I mean the employees. Impolite,unprofessional,arrogant and unhelpful. I had a valid reservation and a valid unexpired DL but for some reason when checking in she told me that in the system the DL is expired but she sees that it’s not expired. However she just told me I can’t override it,you can’t rent. She didn’t even bother a little bit to call the reservations to troubleshoot the problem in their system. I just went over to Hertz down the street and rented without a single problem. And I also had unpleasant experience in this branch a week ago too regarding a different reservation. I’m disappointed beyond my wildest imagination! Disgrace!

Fantastic service as usual from a Sixt office. Got a really good deal, the staff are really nice and humoristic. Was offered a bottle to water when the guy thought I needed it, only that tells how professional service they have.Unfortunately, I think the office has an unfair location because they deserve to have a lot better one.I highly recommend this Sixt office! Spoke to the rudest most condescending employee in the Miami office. His name was Amner. I had a confirmation number. The online reservation said SUCCESS Your car is reserved. They then tell me they don’t have cars. Worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with.

Great service, nice sleek check in. Served by Krystsina who was very efficient and professional. She helped us get into something a little bigger without too much extra cost as what we had booked wouldn’t work for all our luggage. My review was already going to be great, then was even more impressed when we dropped off vehicle near Fort Lauderdale airport. Super quick drive up drop off and found out they had a free shuttle service to airport. All thumbs up!

Hey, Usually I love sixt, however the car that I got At this location, smelled as if someone smoked cigarettes in it previously. It never happened to me before. It didn’t go away for the entire rental. It is a very uncomfortable smell for a none smoker. I wanted to go back and ask for an exchange but when I overviewed the lot I realized there is only a couple of cars that I might not even be eligible to drive since I am under 25. The smell is noticeable and Sixt should not rent out a car like this to their next customer in the first place. It destroys the whole image of your great quality and customer service.

As always, I received impeccable service at this Sixt Branch during my recent booking. Kristina and the entire team were extremely kind and helpful and always try to cater to my needs. The branch can get a little busy on occasions but the staff are working very efficiently. As a frequent customer, no other rental company in Miami makes the experience as pleasurable as at the Sixt branch in downtown.

I can’t believe how bad the service is- it’s literally a huge scam. I booked a luxury SUV and paid in advance- none available upon arrival. Settle on the cheaper sedan at no refund or discount. The manager said she doesn’t recommend paying in advance FYI- for said reason. Now the car breaks down and has no AC in Orlando’s 102 degree heat. I spent the DAY trying to return this car before it stopped working to no avail. Sixt won’t answer the phone for anything. Finally get through in the “accident” hotline. They send a tow truck with yet and even cheaper car to replace the sedan. No refund or discount. I’ve still paid for a Mercedes SUV and I’ll be driving a tiny Volvo for the same price. It’s a scam. Plain and simple. They’re system is a scam.

Terrible experience at Miami Dowtown branch. I’ve booked with 3 days in advance and when arrived my car wasn’t ready. They told me to wait for 5-10min that my car was coming. After 40, I said FOURTY minutes, they offer me a dirty car, “the only option available”. COVID-19 is definitely a huge problem all over the world but if you choose to stay open, try to offer a better service. I really like Sixt car options and rates and we’re renting every weekend with you but, after this bad experience I’ll rethink my options.
